Goryeo Celadon Tea Bowl Carved Lotus Petal Design

This celadon bowl was made during the Goryeo period.
The cylindrical body bulges and curves midway, and the mouth is slightly oval when viewed from above, giving it a refined appearance.
The body is carved with 16 lotus petals, with 16 more in between, for a total of 32 petals.
The lotus petals are raised in the center, and their unevenness is clearly felt to the touch.
The transparency of the glaze gives it a three-dimensional appearance, and the tips of the petals in particular are deeply incised, allowing the glaze to accumulate and develop a rich color.
The entire tea bowl is covered in a vibrant Goryeo celadon glaze, the style of Goryeo celadon representative of the 12th century, and the glaze has fine crackle-glaze.
The color of the glaze is uneven, with about a quarter of the glaze surface slightly discolored black, clearly indicating that it was fired in a kiln at a unstable temperature back then.
The several black dots are caused by unmelted iron in the glaze during the kiln, and are also evidence of an ancient kiln.
The foot is fully glazed all the way to the base, and three large stone marks characteristic of Goryeo remain on the bottom.
It is rare to find a cylindrical bowl of this type with such a glossy finish, a large base, and clearly engraved lotus petals, making it an extremely rare item.

There is one repair made to the rim with resin (approximately 4mm high and 10mm wide).
There are no other noticeable flaws, and the entire piece is glossy and in good condition.
