Q. Can I see the actual product before purchasing?
We are an ec store and do not have a physical store. There are also opportunities to see and purchase the real thing at events and pop-up stores, so please come there. We will inform you about the schedule of events through the official LINE and e-mail magazines.
Q. I want to change my shipping address.
We cannot accept your request if it has already been shipped. Please contact us after checking the delivery status from My Page. If the item has already been shipped, please contact the shipping company directly.
Q. There was a defect in the item.
I am very sorry. We will check the situation, so please contact us after specifying the condition from the official LINE or inquiry form.
Q. How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping fee is 1,000 yen within Japan. Shipping outside of Japan starts at 3,000 yen, and will vary depending on the region and weight.
Q. I want to check the order/delivery status.

Q. Is it possible to specify the delivery date and time?
Currently, it is not possible to specify the delivery date and time.
Q. I want to return or exchange.
Due to the nature of antique products, we do not accept any returns due to customer's convenience. Also, regarding the condition of the product, since it is an old product, there will always be small stains and scratches, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
If there is a fatal defect that is not shown in the product photo or description, please prepare a photo that proves the defect and contact us through the official LINE or inquiry form. As soon as we can confirm the condition, we will accept the return.
