Precautions regarding the products we handle
Please understand the following points before purchasing this antique ceramic.
The title is attached with reference to the materials and box notes.
Explanations regarding ceramics, such as era and production area, are based on our opinion, and due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee authenticity.
Please take a good look at the images of all products and make sure that you are satisfied with them before purchasing. Please contact us if you would like to see more detailed images than those shown.
The color of the image may differ from the actual product depending on the environment such as the LCD monitor.
Although we will clearly state any noticeable scratches or repairs, there are chips, scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, small scratches, wrinkles, etc. that cannot be explained as aged deterioration. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about such deterioration over time.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for these reasons.
Please be aware of the above before purchasing.
How to place your order

4. Enter your customer information, or if you have already registered as a member, log in and click "Continue to shipping".

*For Paypal, click "Pay with PayPal" to open the Paypal login screen. Follow the instructions and complete the payment to complete your order.
7. You will receive an order confirmation email (automatic delivery).

We will ship by EMS. Prices vary depending on area and weight. Fees are automatically calculated at checkout.We will ship within 3 business days after confirmation of payment.Depending on the country, delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 6 days on average. However understand that delivery may take longer than expected due to package inspection while in customs.It will be shipped with damage insurance.

About after the arrival of the product
The items in our store are antiques. Therefore, as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Also, regarding the condition of the product, since it is an old item, there will always be small stains and scratches, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
Please check the photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the photos or description.
If the product is defective, please prepare an image that can prove the defect (the entire product and an enlarged image of the defect) and contact us through the official LINE or inquiry form. If we check the situation and determine that the product is defective, we will handle the return of the product.
Please contact us if there is a mistake in the product. We will respond as soon as possible.
If it is judged to be a defect on our part, we will bear the round-trip shipping fee at that time.
Customs duties
Orders from outside of Japan may be subject to the destination country's duties and taxes, as well as customs fees charged by the local postal service. The recipient will be required to pay all duties and other charges incurred after shipment.
About receipt issuance
Our store accepts payment by credit card, Paypal, and ShopPay, so each usage statement will serve as a receipt. Please contact us if you need a separate receipt.
