Northern Song Dynasty Ru ware Celadon Bottle with Flower Rim Design

This celadon bottle was fired at the official kiln of the Northern Song Dynasty, Ru waere.
It has a rounded body called a celestial sphere, a step under the neck, a long neck that gently connects, and a flower rim at the opening.
The flower mouth has eight petals.
The bottle is fully glazed down to the bottom, and there are five nail marks on the bottom where it was fired on a support peg.
The nail marks are smaller than grains of rice, and are evenly spaced, a characteristic of Ru ware.
The glaze tone of Ru ware celadon is a soft light blue with a milky hue.
This celadon color is likened to the sky blue after rain.
Because the glass is thin, the crackle-glazed throughout is shallow and fine.
The white granular grains found around the rim and at the bottom are thought to be caused by components of the glaze, and are a characteristic commonly seen in Ru ware celadon.
Flower mouth bottle are a typical shape among Ru ware bottle, and the shape combined with a celestial sphere is very popular.
Its appearance is just like a flower blooming from a bulb and is very pretty.

There is no conspicuous flaws.There is a small aged deterioration on the surface, and there are white grains around the mouth and bottom. Also, there are some uneven areas caused by soil soaking due to the long history of the item, but it still has a nice atmosphere as an old pottery.
