This celadon tea bowl was made during the Southern Song dynasty.
It is also known as "Juko-seiji" because it is said to have been favored by Murata Juko, the founder of wabi-cha tea.
It is slightly small in size, flat at the inside and has a curved mouth.
The entire bowl is covered with a slightly yellowish celadon glaze that gives it a subdued appearance.
The dry grey clay can be seen from around the high base of the bowl.
The clear, crisp comb pattern creates a petal-like pattern on the outside, while the fine comb patterns on the inside, known as cat-scratching patterns, are noteworthy.

There are some holes that were made during firing. The bottom is roughly made. There is no conspicuous flaws.Although the surface is slightly aged, It has a nice texture that makes you feel the passage of time.

There is some text written in ink on the bottom to indicate something.
