Size : Ming Dynasty Jingdezhen ware Celadon Plate with Flower-Shaped

A celadon plate fired in Jingdezhen during the Ming dynasty.
The bottom spreads out horizontally from a small foot, then curves strongly from the waist, forming a modest flower-shaped rim.
The glaze is beautifully and evenly applied, with some parts showing through to reveal the color of the clay.
The celadon glaze is close to olive color like Yue ware, and the glossy surface has shallow, fine crackle-glazed areas.
The bottom is very thin and carefully made so that the soil is exposed.
Jingdezhen ware is known primarily for its white porcelain and blue-and-white porcelain, but celadon was also produced, and Jingdezhen celadon, which saw advanced techniques from the Ming dynasty onwards, includes beautiful pieces such as this one.

There is no conspicuous flaws. The surface of the front face is slightly aged, but has a good luster and is beautiful.
