Size : H5.4cm W6.3cm

A white porcelain tea bowl made during the Tang Dynasty.
There is a small bottom, from which the body bulges out in the shape of an abacus, and the mouth opens wide with a step.
The white glaze, which has a similar glaze tone to that used in Tang Sancai, has a slightly yellowish tinge, giving it a gentle impression, and the copper components remaining as lumps in the glaze melt into the green color.
The bottom has a slight depression in the center and a sandy platform, and is glazed all the way to the bottom.
Originally a small medicine pot, it was fitted with an ivory lid and used to resemble a tea container.
This is a nice tea container that gives you a sense of old quality and elegance.
Comes with an ivory lid and storage box.

There is a small chip on the bottom, but it is thought to be a scratch from firing. It has good luster throughout and is in good condition.
