Yellow Irabo tea bowl made in the middle to late Li Dynasty.
It is slightly large, and the torso rises straight from the bottom at a steep angle, and there is depth.
The tea pool has a depression, and the bottom has a corner as opposed to it.
Irabo glaze, which is mainly composed of wood ash and has a yellow color, is double-coated on the entire surface of the rough brown clay.
The outer surface is double layered above the torso and single layered below the waist for contrast.
Where the glaze is thick, it will turn yellow, and where it is thin, the base will show through and turn brown.
Part of the mouth rim has a green glaze pool, which adds an accent to the rustic scenery.
The surface is rough like Irabo, and you can enjoy a good touch with the large shape.
The Irabo tea bowl is a type of Goryeo tea bowl, and is believed to have been made with a ruled kiln to order from Japan during the Edo period.
There is no conspicuous flaws. It has good luster throughout and is in good condition.
