Joseon Dynasty Tea Bowl with Dividing Base

A tea bowl made in the late Joseon dynasty.
Dividing bottoms are made to order from Japan, and there are various types, such as those with a notch in the cross, and those with a cross on the base itself.
This item is a very rare item with a cross cut in the tall bottom and a round hollow in the center.
The torso with the traces of the potter's wheel is slender to match the bottom, giving the overall impression of being tall and dignified.
The distortion of one part of the rim is very accented as if to break that dignified impression, and you can feel not only the dignified impression but also the loveliness.
The vertical lines from the torso to the sides of the base are carved in two places at about 90 degrees, which is neither in all four directions nor in symmetrical positions, and the uneven balance is also interesting.
A yellowish-gray glaze is applied over the entire surface, and the thick pools around the lip develop a dark green color, with beautiful fine crackle-glazing.
We are particular about the details, such as inscriptions engraved on the inside of the rim around one and a half times.
There is one repaired on the rim.

There are chips on the bottom, but it is considered to be from the old days.It has good luster throughout and is in good condition.
