Southern Song Dynasty Celadon Teabowl with Flower Edge Design

A celadon bowl made in an official kiln during the Southern Song dynasty.
The rim has 12 diamond-shaped petals that bend horizontally. This form was made in the Song dynasty, and was also made in the Yuan and Ming dynasties.
A typical Hishihanaguchi Origata is bent at the edge so that it is connected from the prospect. However, this ceramic has an unusual shape that is bent in a way that it can be turned back.
It has a diameter of 15.6 cm and is deep, so it feels like a bowl.
Since the edge is bent inward, it is thought that it was used for placing sweets or washing brushes rather than drinking tea.
The torso also has unevenness that connects from the tip of the petals, and interestingly, along the unevenness, there is crackle-glazed in the vertical direction, giving it a lively impression like a flower vein.
The bottom is thin, typical of Southern Song Dynasty kilns, and the entire surface other than the installation surface is glazed.
The semi-devitrified glaze is densely packed with many small air bubbles, and has a pale bluish-green color of jade, which is a beautiful hue peculiar to the celadon glaze of the Southern Song Guan ware.

There is no conspicuous flaws.It has good luster throughout and is in good condition.
