A plate made in a Cizhou kiln in the Song dynasty.
Henan Tenmoku is thickly coated with a black Cizhou ware iron glaze, and then a persimmon glaze is applied over it.
The Cizhou ware produces a large number of ceramics that are painted with brushes or engravings, and Henan Tenmoku is one of them.
It has a small bottom, from which the body spreads out and the rim is curved.
It is slightly recessed, and it is very shallow and difficult to understand, but the torso is divided into six directions.
The clay is white and dry, which is characteristic of the Cizhou ware.
The black of the iron glaze is jet black, and the luster is reflected.
If you look closely at the rim and other parts where the glaze is thin, you can see that the ingredients have separated due to the kiln change phenomenon, and it shines beautifully in rainbow colors.

There is no conspicuous flaws. It has good luster throughout and is in good condition.Since it was used, there is rubbing on the glossy part.
