A white porcelain censer made in a private kiln in the Ming dynasty.
Two types of patterns are applied to the surface of the hexagonal cylindrical barrel.
Animals such as phoenixes, tortoises, and beasts, as well as patterns such as stars and thunder patterns, are carved without gaps, creating a gorgeous impression.
During the Yuan and Ming dynasties, white porcelain technology was improved and pure white porcelain was established.
The glaze is applied to the entire surface of the outside, and a thick layer of pure white glaze is applied around the rim of the inside, and the white clay is exposed on the inside.
There is no conspicuous flaws.It has good luster throughout and is in good condition.
